“Intention, good or bad, is not enough.” – John Steinbeck
About This Episode:
One of the most profound shifts we can make in life is the shift from good intentions to intentional living. Good intentions are about desire and what you want; but intentional living is about what you do. It’s about figuring out your fundamental values, principles and beliefs, and then designing and living your life in that direction so that it has meaning. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I talk about the difference between good intentions and intentional living, and offer guidance in how to make that lifechanging shift.
