About This Episode:
As I was watching the new DUNE movie with my family, this quote hit me hard:
“Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little death that brings obliteration. I will face my fear, and I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.”
It goes by many names today: Stress. Anxiety. Overwhelmed. People-pleasing. etc. But when you break it down to its most simple form, the primary thing keeping us from our potential is… FEAR. In this #WalkWithMe episode, I talk about how we can defeat this “mind-killer.”
