About This Episode:
During this pandemic, we’re being told so many things regarding how to social distance from each other. Don’t hug. Don’t touch. Stay 6 feet apart. But, let’s go in a different direction: Does physical distancing mean we need to distance ourselves emotionally, socially or mentally from others?
In this episode of “#WalkWithMe” I ask the question: Are you using this time to disconnect or to reconnect? There’s a big difference between the two, and I share some thoughts on how we can leverage this time to reconnect not only with others and our family, but with ourselves.
